自宅サーバーのHDDを交換する 2021

  • 以前運用していたNASは同じくRaidZだったけど同時に2本HDDが壊れてデータの復旧が絶望的だったのでなんかこう、いい感じにしたいな…
  • 容量計算をすると6TBx3本だと10TBぐらいになるので8TBのHDDを買っておいて、週に1回rsyncで差分バックアップするとかやってもいいのかもしれない
    • まぁでも基本的には録画データがたまり続けるストレージなので消えても問題ないといえば無い
    • 写真のデータは一時的に溜まっていくけど、これは基本的にはLightroom のクラウドストレージにアップロードされるワークフローになっている
  • HDDは2014年から動かしているWD Green 3TBが2本と 2019年から動かしているWD Red 3TBが1本
    • NAS を運用していた時期
    • 古い2本、比較的新しい1本

  • sda, sdbがGreenでずば抜けて年寄りなHDD、sdcはRedでまぁまぁな感じ
    • sdaでエラーがおきてたりするのでまず最初に交換するのはsdaかなぁ
